Yoi Ryotei

This pictorial mark shows the uniqueness of the restaurant. The name means fine dining in japanese. In Japan, there is a popular dish using Fugu. Fugu is a pufferfish that is dangerous if one was to prep it wrong. It could potentially lead to death. 

I wanted to use the colors on the japanese flag, so I kept true with the colors and the circular shape.

Yoi Ryotei is an unique fine dining restaurant with a specialty in Fugu dishes. Fugu is basically a pufferfish, if prepared wrong, it could be deadly. I wanted the brand to be a little more minimal and simple because I was looking for a high class restaurant vibe with a bit of quirkiness to the brand.
